Today, we’re pleased to formally introduce Prefab Builds Canada (PFB) — a focused expansion of our construction capabilities dedicated to multi-unit, investor-owned residential buildings delivered through modern panelized prefab construction.

As part of this evolution, Prefab Builds Canada now operates as the parent company of Laneway Pros.

Laneway Pros will continue to operate under its established brand as the retail division of the company, serving homeowners and small-scale residential clients.

PFB represents the expansion of our capabilities into larger, investor-focused multi-unit developments, while Laneway Pros remains dedicated to individualized residential projects.

Together, the two divisions allow us to serve both retail and institutional housing needs — with shared systems, shared expertise, and a unified construction team.
